These terms apply to bid-writing, review and consultancy services supplied by ExcelBids.
Engagement
Work begins once a written scope and fee have been agreed. Fees are either fixed per project or charged at an agreed day rate.
Confidentiality
Every engagement is covered by a non-disclosure agreement. We do not name clients or reproduce their material without written permission.
Outcomes
We commit to a compliant, well-evidenced submission delivered to the deadline agreed. No consultancy can guarantee a contract award, and we do not.
Client responsibilities
Accurate source material, evidence and approvals must be supplied in time for us to meet the submission deadline.
